Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Start Your OJT Application
Begin your OJT process by preparing all required documents.
Step 2: Submit Pre-Internship Requirements
. Submit all required documents to the designated office.
. Ensure all forms are complete and accurate.
📌 Tip: Incomplete documents may delay your application.
Step 3: Undergo Medical and Psychological Examination
. Complete the required medical and psychological tests.
. Wait for the official results.
Possible Outcomes:
. ✅ No Findings: Proceed to the next step.
. ⚠️ With Findings:
. You will be referred to the Health Services Office (HSO).
. The Internship/Training Placement Office (ITPO) will review your case.
. You may or may not be allowed to proceed depending on the evaluation.
Step 4: Attend Initial Interview
. Attend the scheduled interview.
Results:
✅ Passed: You will proceed to OJT deployment.
❌ Failed: You must repeat the interview until you pass.
Step 5: OJT Deployment
. Once approved, you will be assigned to a company or government agency.
. Wait for official instructions and deployment details.
Step 6: Begin Your OJT
. Report to your assigned organization.
. Follow company rules and complete required training hours.

Step 7: Submit Post-Internship Requirements

- Certificate of Completion
